Skyworks to demo power and gate driver tech at PCIM Europe
Skyworks Solutions will demonstrate its latest power and gate driver technologies across EV and data centre applications at PCIM Europe 2026, Nuremberg, Germany June 9–11, 2026,
Live demonstrations will cover real-time inverter optimisation for EV traction, charging scenarios, and data centre server power flow. These demonstrations showcase how Skyworks’ solutions support inverter performance, system design flexibility, and development efficiency across demanding power applications.
The demonstrations include:
• Traction Inverter Dyno: Demonstration of a software-configurable EV traction inverter designed for real-time optimisation of SiC FET or IGBT modules, with built-in diagnostics and support for validation without hardware changes.
• EV Power Solutions: Demonstration of EV power flow scenarios across charging and driving applications using an integrated inverter design simulator.
• SelVCD: Demonstration of Selectable Variable Current Drive, a current-based gate drive technology for power applications.
• Data centre Server Power Flow: Demonstration of power flow through a data centre server rack and the role of Skyworks components in the system.
